Colonel Tod Strickland is the Commandant of the Canadian Army Command and Staff College in Kingston, Ontario. He holds multiple masters degrees and is a graduate of the Advanced Strategic Leadership Studies Program at the School of Advanced Military Studies in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
