Author Biography

Kyle Fraser, Defence Scientist, Director General Military Personnel Research and Analysis

Mr. Fraser is a Defence Scientist employed in a research role within Director General Military Personnel Research and Analysis. After graduating in 2005 with a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Windsor, Mr. Fraser joined the Organizational Behaviour Research Team in 2006. Mr. Fraser’s specific areas of research have dealt largely with the CF/DND Defence Ethics Survey, and more recently the CF Primary Reserve study, among other projects. Additionally, Mr. Fraser maintains a link to the Reserve Force as an active officer in the Cadet Instructor Cadre where he is a specialist in aviation and flight instruction, having previously served as the Chief Flying Instructor of the Central Region Gliding School based at 8 Wing Trenton, Mountainview Detachment.
